Take one capsule per day with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule. If you miss a day, simply continue the next day - do not take two capsules to make up for a missed dose.

Each pack contains 90 capsules. At the recommended rate of one capsule per day, one pack provides a 90-day supply - approximately three months.

No online payment is required. You simply submit your name and phone number. Our customer team will call to confirm your order and arrange delivery. You pay - by cash or card - when the delivery person arrives with your parcel.

Confirmed orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery to most Australian metropolitan areas takes 3-5 business days; regional areas may take up to 7 business days.

Yes - you can cancel at any point before dispatch, free of charge. Simply let our team know when they call to confirm. You can also decline the parcel on delivery and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

Yes. Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of receipt in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please note that once the packaging is opened, food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty. Contact us via email to arrange a return.
