How Delivery Works
After you submit your name and phone number, our team calls to confirm your order. Once confirmed, your Alvix pack is carefully packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days via a tracked courier service.
When the parcel arrives, simply pay by cash or card to the delivery person. If for any reason you prefer not to accept it, you are free to decline - the order is cancelled at no cost to you.

Returns & Cancellations
Cancel Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Simply let our team know when they call to confirm your order.
Decline at Delivery
If you change your mind at the door, you may decline the delivery. The parcel will be returned and the transaction cancelled at no cost to you.
Return Within 30 Days
