Return & Refund Policy

Verdana Naturals Pty Ltd operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

1. Return Window

You may return an unopened pack of Alvix within 30 days of the date you received it. The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

Opened packs: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened food supplement packs unless the product is faulty or not as described. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law exceptions for sealed goods unsuitable for return once opened.

2. How to Return

  1. Email us at info@wristwrist.world within the 30-day window with your name, phone number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and our return address.
  3. Package the product securely and send it via a tracked postal service.

Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will cover reasonable return costs.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 14 business days. As payment was made on delivery (cash or card to the courier), refunds will be issued by bank transfer or other mutually agreed method. We will contact you to arrange this.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Simply inform our team during the phone confirmation call, or contact us by email or phone. You may also refuse the delivery at the door - the parcel will be returned and no payment will be due.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Australian Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
