These Terms of Use and Sale ("Terms") govern your use of the website at wristwrist.world and any orders placed through it. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. The website is operated by Verdana Naturals Pty Ltd (ABN 54 781 362 094), 84 Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not use it to transmit unlawful, harmful or fraudulent content, or attempt to interfere with its operation. This website and its contents are provided for informational and retail purposes; the information on it does not constitute medical advice.

2. Ordering & Sale

Order process: Placing an order requires you to submit your name and phone number. This constitutes an enquiry, not yet a binding contract. A binding purchase contract is formed only when our team calls to verbally confirm the order and you accept. We reserve the right to decline any order enquiry.

Prices and currency: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of confirmation.

Payment: Payment is made on delivery - by cash or card to the courier. No card details are required or collected online.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched by informing our team during the confirmation call or by emailing us. You may also decline the parcel at the door.
